Workshops

Overview

Below are the workshops and classes happening in the coming months. Please read the information carefully and follow the available links to register.

Workshops are one-time events led by working professionals in the theatrical sphere. Workshops are free to U of T students and, if space permits are also open to the public. Our workshop series is curated and run by U of T Work Study Students. Registration is always required for these events.

For more information on our workshops, please contact Hart House Theatre's Education and Production Coordinator Gillian Lewis.

Our Hart House Creative Classes are an in-depth dive into a particular theatrical topic of study.

Over the course of a few weeks, you and your classmates will discover and practice a more fulsome understanding of a particular topic, led by an industry professional, while having fun along the way. Classes are open to both U of T students and community members and have a registration fee.

There are four theatre-related classes on offer this fall: Introduction to Acting and Voice and Text, taught by Janelle Hanna and Improv Level 1 & Improv Level 2, taught by Julian Frid.

For more information on our workshops, please contact Hart House Theatre's Marketing Assistant Lindsey Middleton.
