Get ready to employ your gravity, momentum, moving on and off balance, and suspension in this contemporary dance workshop hosted by FLUX. The workshop will include a warm-up followed by a contemporary-fusion choreography. This workshop targets an intermediate/advanced level audience but is open to dancers of any level and style. The workshop instructors are Nicole Yen and Han Szeptycki. They both have strong contemporary dance backgrounds but have been training in hip-hop and other street styles since joining FLUX.
Directions
Hart House Theatre is only accessible from the outside of the Hart House building. It is located in the sub-basement of Hart House. The entrances to the Theatre (Audience Entrance and Stage Door) are outside of the building on either side of the entrance into the Arbor Room Cafe. Please enter through the Stage Door, located under the blue U of T banner. There are two flights of stairs to enter the Theatre.
