- Doug Floyd
Doug has been on staff at the Theatre since September 2003 even though his involvement with the Theatre goes back to 1998 as either a Producer, actor or volunteer. He was the Co-Founder and Executive Producer of Canopy Theatre Company; a theatre company that co-produced an outdoor summer Season with the Theatre on Philosopher’s Walk for 11 Seasons. Doug’s Marketing, Sponsorship and Sales experience outside of theatre include Marketing for the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and Tribute Entertainment Media Group. Doug is a proud graduate of the University of Toronto where he studied English, Philosophy and History.

- Gillian Lewis
Gillian joined the Hart House Team in July 2013. She worked professionally in theatre for over a decade as a freelance stage manager and production manager for independent theatre and dance. She has worked in a variety of mediums including dance, plays, musicals, storytelling, children's theatre, puppetry, opera, festivals, site-specific work and touring. Gillian has had the pleasure of working in many genres of performance including remounts, new works, collective creation, performed ethnography and improv. Gillian has worked with companies of various sizes including Alberta Theatre Projects, CanAsian Dance Festival, Dancemakers, Eldritch Theatre, Fallen Rock Productions, Gailey Road Productions, inDANCE, The National Ballet of Canada, Princess Productions, ProArteDanza, Public Recordings, Shrimp Magnet Theatre Company, Theatre Centre, Theatre Passe Muraille, Toronto Dance Theatre and YOU Dance.

- Lindsey Middleton
Lindsey made her way to Hart House Theatre as an actor and found herself not wanting to leave this warm and welcoming place. Lindsey has worked as an actor, writer, director, producer and creator for both theatre and film, and also works in arts marketing. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto's Theatre and Drama Studies Program with Sheridan College.
Lindsey still works professionally as an actor and writer, and is best known for playing Vanessa on the internationally award-winning web series, Out With Dad. Lindsey has won two Indie Series Awards for Best Supporting Actress, an IAWTV Award for Best Female Performance in a Drama, and has been nominated for a Canadian Screen Award. Lindsey is also one of the co-creators and writers of the Roku Channel show Just Hysterics, featuring female-forward comedy sketches and you can find her in the horror feature Red Spring on Amazon Prime Video.

- Sara Filipowski
Sara began working at the theatre as a Front of House staff member in 2015 while studying architecture at the University of Toronto. She then joined the Front of House Management team in 2020 and started her new role as Audience Services Coordinator in 2023. Sara studied music in Alberta before moving to Toronto and has over 10 years of work experience in customer service. Sara is excited to continuing the tradition of training and education at Hart House Theatre.
