About this class

This class is not a level 2 class, it is a repeat of session 1.

This class will draw on diverse modalities and fields such as Conversational Analysis, Nonviolent Communication, Transactional Analysis, Neuro-linguistic Programming, The Dale Carnegie Method, Signalling Theory, the Authentic Relating Movement, social and evolutionary psychology, negotiation frameworks, acting and improv methodologies, impression management, and much more!

At the end of this class you will have gained the following: 

  • A newfound confidence in social situations.
  • The ability to talk to anyone, anywhere.
  • A beautiful “map” on how to socialize.
  • Less anxiety when talking to someone.
  • A cultivation of deeper and authentic relationships.
  • The inner satisfaction that comes with being an “elephant whisper.”
  • Knowing the difference between I-It and I-Thou ways of relating.
