About the workshop
Join the Hart House Fitness Centre and the Hart House Recreational Athletics & Wellness Committee for a squat workshop!
The workshop will offer an hour of focused work on perfecting your squat form. This crash course is perfect for beginners and experienced weightlifters alike. Learn valuable technical cues to increase confidence and bring your squat to a new level.
Hart House personal trainer Emma Zilberman will be teaching the workshop.

Personal Trainer
Emma is a certified personal trainer and an integral member of the Hart House personal training team. She has 8 years of strength training experience and 4 years of competitive powerlifting experience where she is currently ranked 10th in Canada in her weight class. Additionally, Emma enjoys instructing fitness classes and taking HIIT and bootcamp classes. Emma believes movement is medicine, being strong is healthy and empowering and she hopes to inspire everyone to pick up a barbell and discover their inner strengths.
Emma holds the following certifications: MSc from UofT, CPTN-CPT, Certified Pre- and Post-Natal Coach, Aqua Fit and Group Fitness instructing certifications.
