About the workshop

Join the Hart House Fitness Centre and the Hart House Recreational Athletics & Wellness Committee for a deadlift workshop! 

The workshop will offer an hour of focused work on perfecting your deadlift form. This crash course is perfect for beginners and experienced weightlifters alike. Learn valuable technical cues to increase confidence in your hinge pattern and bring your deadlift to a new level.

Hart House personal trainer Emma Zilberman will be teaching the workshop.

This workshop is session 2 of a 4-part series designed to help you turn your health and wellness related New Year's Resolutions into reality!
