April's 4 week series will include:
Yin Yoga for Neck & Back
Bryan’s all-level class works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower/upper back pain.
Throughout this practice, you’ll embark on an introspective journey to feel, dance, and explore all areas of your body and discover new ways to relieve any physical discomforts that you may currently be experiencing which will leave you rejuvenated.
Positively transitioning into multiple areas of your life after the yoga class.
Join Bryan for Yin Yoga on April 5th and 19th from 12PM - 1PM.
Lift + Lengthen
This class splits up the body to hone in on technique while developing strength. We’ll work to develop core strength, improve balance and build overall body strength and awareness. This class is open to all - great for beginners new to exercise form/technique! Sessions end with a "lengthen" portion to support our mobility & recovery.
Join Shulley for Lift + Lengthen at all 4 sessions from 11AM - 12PM.
Yin Yoga Instructor
Bryan Clyde Jones
Yoga & Meditation Specialist
Bryan Clyde Jones: With 15+ years of a yoga journey under his belt, his foundation is built on the idea that it's less about him and more about what we can do for each other. Despite labels being placed on him for not "looking like a yoga teacher", Bryan continues to inspire people from all backgrounds in his classes @actifysocial. Committed to creating equal opportunities for all to succeed, and to help meet core values of creating economic opportunity for every member of the wellness workforce. Focusing on enabling historically underrepresented practitioners to thrive in the wellness industry. He dedicates his celebrations to women-identifying souls and their allies for being the first to believe in his potential.
Actify experiences take place once a month in secret locations across the country, as their community of like-minded souls gather under the energy of the Moon. Synchronized with the lunar calendar, these 2-hour celebrations take place in major Canadian cities intertwining all-levels yoga, sound healing meditation, guided journaling, dancing, connecting with others, and more.
They discuss how the power of the moon provides an opportunity for growth, acknowledgement, symbolic release, and a time to celebrate your journey thus far. These experiences attract upwards of 200-500+ participants, dozens of health & wellness focused vendors, and active promotion and participation from local fitness and yoga studios. Expect a magical atmosphere with string lights and candles, immersive headphone yoga, a silent disco with live DJs, astrology & more!
Whether you're joining us alone or with friends, you’ll embark on a powerful inward journey, meet beautiful people and feel connected to something bigger than yourself. Actify Social is made for every soul and you are welcome here.

Her work is rooted in anti-Black racism, disability justice and anti-oppression practices. She was the co-owner of Unchained Athletics from 2018 - 2021. She is currently the head coach of As You Are.
She is curious about engaging with communities; creating spaces where worlds can overlap
Please note that filming and photography will be conducted during the April 5th event.
