Join us for curated rest space activations during the April exam period to help you alleviate exam stress. Rest and recoup with opportunities to disconnect from your studies and connect with others with fun, feel-good movies, massage, restorative Pilates and sound bath.

All students are encouraged to participate.

April 3, 10, 17 & 24

Wednesday Matinee Movie

Drop-in and relax in the Rest Space (Studio A) with feel-good movies on Wednesdays from 2:10-4pm. Bring a blanket and get cozy as you watch a movie.

April 12

Aromatherapy Massage

Students, support your mental health and well-being by booking a 10-minute massage between 1-4pm on April 12! Your 10-minute shoulder massage will take place in a chair, fully clothed. Register online to guarantee your spot or drop-in during the event to sign up for a slot. In-person sign-ups open at 1pm on April 12 in Studio A (Hart House Fitness Centre, 7 Hart House Circle) and are first-come, first-served. Your massage will be facilitated by a registered BIPOC massage therapist and supported through The Well Being Collective @ Hart House.

April 19

Sound Bath and Restorative Pilates

Back by popular demand, drop-in at 2:10 or 3:10pm to join Keke and Dylan for a unique 50-minute experience designed to promote rest, relaxation and resilience. The session will begin with a soothing restorative Pilates practice and end with a meditative sound bath. Together, we will share vibrational energy designed to heal. ⁠Use this time to rest and recoup during the exam period.
