About the day

Join Asha Frost, Indigenous Healer for a ceremony filled with love, connection and guidance. The Fall Equinox time where our Medicine Wheel is turning, we are asked to surrender and let go. We make room for what is abundantly ours to claim and harvest what we are worthy of. We will be engaging in a sacred smudge ceremony, teachings on the Land and a healing activation.

Join Demiesha in discovering a love for the outdoors through engaging activities, including a bonfire camp session with storytelling and smores. Participants will explore the many ways that they can enjoy nature and it's many benefits as a community.

Join Bryan Allan for a meditative outdoor yoga session with headsets that allow the participants to connect on a more personal level and come away with a calm mind.
