Hip Hop Family Skate—Special Edition

Let your backbone glide! In conjunction with Hart House's Hip Hop Education program, take a family break on ice.  Head to the Hip Hop Family Skate special edition at Varsity Stadium for an afternoon of strictly Hip Hop beats, and family friendly vibes.

• Adults must provide skates and helmets for children, and free skate and helmet rentals are available for adults.
• CSA-approved hockey helmets are mandatory for people 17 and under and strongly recommended for beginner adults. Adult Skates and Helmets are available for rental. Children must provide their own.
• All children under 12 and all beginner-level skaters must be accompanied by an adult member. Adults must wear skates and be on the ice with their children at all times.
• This event is free for current U of T students and their family members. A valid TCard is required to access the arena.
• Please note, strollers cannot be brought into the arena but may be left outside. As the  venue is concrete with many stairs,  please supervise younger children carefully and remain within arm’s reach at all times for safety.
• Not a U of T member? Familly passes for guests are available for only $18.74 + HST. This pass allows for up to 4 children (aged 17 and under) and 2 adults to enjoy some Hip-Hop on ice.
