Hart House Student Theatre Committee

The Hart House Theatre Standing Committee is an advisory board to the Theatre’s management. There are many ways to engage with the theatre:

• Students, Alumni and Community Members are encouraged to audition for Hart House Theatre Productions.
• Students, Alumni and Community Members are encouraged to Volunteer in Production Opportunities on Hart House Theatre shows. There are backstage and technical opportunities for both short and long term forms of engagement and no experience is required.
• Students and Alumni are encouraged to participate in or work backstage on our yearly Festival of Dance
• Current Students can engaged in one-off opportunities through U of T Spotlight for free Workshops on a variety of topics and a Playwriting Competition with Cash Prizes
• Students looking to find the student the theatre community on campus can connect U of T Drama Coalition who strive to create community between all the student theatre groups across our 3 campuses.
