The Hart House Fitness Centre is pleased to be a place for every body.

Your membership gives you access to a 25-yard pool, indoor track, weight room, drop-in classes and membership enhancements like personal training, Reformer Pilates and specialized registered programs! It’s everything you want with no hassles and no judgment. Just fitness that, … well…, fits you!

Want to give it a try first? Day passes are available to anyone 18 years or older.

We offer registered fitness programming to match your needs and abilities. Our classes are motivating, fun and suitable for all levels. Registered programming is offered during the fall, winter and spring/summer terms.

Looking for a more casual, give-it-a-try opportunity? So many offerings are available with your Hart House Fitness Centre Membership, and our drop-in programming is a great place to start. You can join a group fitness class, meet friends for pick-up sports or find your groove in the pool.
