Our brand new fall line-up of fitness classes commences on Monday, September 10, 2018! Check here often for more news, information and updates!

All your favourite classes will be back for the fall! Plus, we will be adding 4 new early morning yoga classes to our roster along with our recently added Cycle-fit Freedom and Ballet workouts.

Schedule Changes

Check this section regularly for updates to our posted Drop-In Fitness class schedule. Also check our class schedules posted daily outside of the south Fitness Centre entrance (lower level) and the lower gym for any last-minute changes made to the day’s line-up.

Facility News

All facilities and fitness rooms are open for use.

Please remember to turn your clocks back 1 hour to Eastern Standard Time before going to bed the night of Saturday, November 3, 2018.

Late Facility Opening, Monday, November 5, 2018.
Please be advised that on Monday, November 5, 2018, Hart House will open at 8 a.m. EST. This is to facilitate the installation of a new transformer which provides power to several buildings in the area, including Hart House. Please note that, depending on the work, the 8 a.m. start may be a soft start time. Please allow for some leeway when considering your visit to the Fitness Centre at that time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this necessary repair to the universities electrical grid.

Did you know that the Queen’s Park East Entrance (Founder’s Walk) is now accessible?  We have provided a ramp, along with power assist doors, for your convenience.  Please note that the north walkway is fully accessible, providing clear access to Tower Rd. from Queen’s Park.

Hart House Runners

Join the Runners’ group every Friday at 1 pm on our indoor track. The group has been meeting since 1974. All are welcome, from students to faculty, and all levels are accommodated.
