Change Up Your HIIT Training with Lebert Systems LeHIIT+ SRT™, Monday Mornings at 9:10 am.

Using the Lebert Equalizer® , along with the Lebert Buddy System™ and SRT™, LeHIIT™ combines High Intensity Interval Training using multiple methods of proven-effective, interval training to create a fun and challenging fitness class. Get your week off to good start and join in the fun!

Zumba: Thurs., 7:10 pm

Now you can Zumba all day long! In addition to our 1:10 pm class, we’ve added a second class with Sameer Ratti on Thursday nights. Sameer is an occupational therapy student and a certified Zumba instructor.

Evening Pilates For Flexibility – Flexibility Fusion: Tues., 8:10 pm

Relax and reduce stress with this unique flexibility class.  A great way to unwind after a long day of work, school or play.

Get double the Zumba from 6:10 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, and Tuesday, November 21, 2017

7:10 p.m. Interval Challenge: The class has been changed to Zumba for today. Natasha will be filling in for Chiara.
Tuesday, November 28, 2017
7:10 p.m. Interval Challenge: Amanda will be filling in for Chiara.
Thursday, November 30, 2017
Location Change: 7:10 p.m. Zumba will move to the Lower Gym for tonight only.
Sunday, December 3, 2017
11:10 a.m. Boot Camp: Amanda will be filling in for Celton.

Facility News

Normal operations today.

The main passenger elevator has resumed normal operations and is servicing all levels.  Thank you for your patience.

Sunday, November 19, 2017 – Santa Claus Parade:
Please note that the Santa Claus Parade will present particular challenges for those wishing to use Hart House on Sunday, November 19, 2017. Best access during the parade hours will be from Museum  station from the north, 510 Spadina Streetcar from the west and Queen’s Park station from the south.  Auto-mobile traffic will be restricted severely during the parade. All Hart House programming scheduled for the day will continue to operate as per usual during the parade.

The North Entrance to the Fitness Centre will close for the winter on Monday, November 27, 2017. You can continue to enter the Fitness Centre via the accessible Tower Rd. entrance or the main entrance on Hart House Circle.  Please check here for the anticipated re-opening of the north entrance.
