Our line-up of spring Drop-In Fitness classes will start on Monday, May 6, 2019!
Spring back into peak fitness with our full slate of fitness classes! We are here for you! From Yoga to Hi/Lo to Street Dance to Pilates and Flexibility Fusion, we are here to meet your exercise needs. 1 hour a day with us and you will make great progress towards your summer fitness goals!

Spring/Summer 2019 Drop-In Fitness Schedule

Check this section regularly for updates to our posted Drop-In Fitness class schedule. Also, check our class schedules posted daily outside of the south Fitness Centre entrance (lower level) and the lower gym for any last-minute changes made to the day’s line-up.
Please note: In the event of inclement weather, Summer Sweat programs will be cancelled for those days. Users are welcome to participate in the concurrent indoor programming within the Hart House Fitness Centre.

5:10 pm. Boot Camp: Melissa will be filling in for Dustin.

2:10 pm. CoreBT plus Barre: Amanda will be filling in for Portia.

Monday, June 24, to Friday, June 28, 2019:
All Aqua-Fit Classes: Classes will be cancelled this week because of repairs to the pool dome skylight. During this time, you may access aqua-fitness programming at KPE’s Athletic Centre. See below for details on how to access the facility. Please click here for information on aqua-fit class times:

Fitness Centre Summer Hours Commencing Monday, June 10, 2019.
- Monday to Friday:
7:00 am to 10:30 pm – Locker rooms close at 11:00 pm
- Saturday & Sunday:
8:00 am to 9:00 pm – Locker rooms close at 9:30 pm
11:00 am to 4:00 pm – Locker rooms close at 4:30 pm
Pool Closure To Affect All Hart House Aquatics Programming: June 24 – 28, 2019:
From Monday June 24, to Friday, June 28, 2019, we will be closing the pool for maintenance. During this time, we will be replacing all the dome skylight fibreglass panels and programs such as Aqua-Fit and recreational swimming will be cancelled. All Hart House members, including Hart House Summer Student Members, will have access to the pools at the Athletic Centre, 55 Harbord Street. Please swipe in using your T-card (bar code) or Hart House membership card (please note the instructions for bar-code use at each entry turnstile). Towel Service is not transferable, please either bring your own towel or purchase daily towel service ($2.66 +hst) from their Membership Services Office (main floor at the Classic Ave entrance). Pick-Up Basketball on Thursdays Start/Finish Time Change.
Thursday afternoon pick-up basketball will now be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. until December 27, 2018.
Did you know that the Queen’s Park East Entrance (Founder’s Walk) is now accessible? We have provided a ramp, along with power assist doors, for your convenience. Please note that the north walkway is fully accessible, providing clear access to Tower Rd. from Queen’s Park. This entrance is available to Fitness Centre users from 7 am to 9 am daily. After these hours please use the west (Tower Rd) accessible entrance.
Hart House Runners
Join the Runners’ group every Friday at 12 pm on our indoor track. The group has been meeting since 1974. All are welcome, from students to faculty, and all levels are accommodated.
