Free Drop-in Zumba® Class in the Lower Gym

 

Drop-in fitness classes at Hart House are free for U of T students and Hart House Fitness Centre members. Try something new or push yourself to a new level of strength and health. Choose Stretch, Step, Zumba®, Super Circuit, Hi/Lo or one of our popular speciality classes such as Zoomer Fit or Movin’ Muscle. Our energetic instructors make classes fun, welcoming and suitable for every level.

Extended absences or service changes will be posted here as needed. Check this section regularly for any updates to our posted Drop-In Fitness class schedule. Also, please remember to check our class schedules posted daily, outside of the lower gym, for any changes or updates to our class schedules, content or instructors.

 

 

Friday, May 10, 2013:

4:30 p.m. Zumba: Dani will be filling in for Melissa.

 

Wednesday, May 15, 2013:

8:10 p.m. Zumba: Melissa will be filling in for Kristina.

 

Thursday, May 16, 2013:

12:10 p.m. Hi/Lo: Mike will be filling for Martin.

1:10 p.m. Step:  Amanda will be filling in for Susan.

 

Friday, May 17 to Monday, May 20, 2013:

There is a reduced fitness schedule on Friday May 17.  The following classes will run:

12:10 p.m. Stretch works

1:10 p.m.  Core Plus

2:10 p.m. Aquafit

4:30 p.m. Zumba

All other classes cancelled.

 

No Classes Saturday May 18 to Monday May 20, 2013.
