Early Facility Closure: Monday, February 25, 2019 – Starting at 6 pm.
Due to vital infrastructure and IT upgrades, The Fitness Centre at Hart House will close at 6 pm on Monday, Febraury 25, 2019. Regular service will resume on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 7 a.m.

Wednesday Mindful Moments Now At 4:10 p.m.

In order to provide the ideal space for medition, Wednesday’s Mindful Moments has moved to a new time: Wednesdays at 4:10 pm starting February 6, 2019! Come and experience 50 minutes of mindful self-care: Exercise Room, main level, Hart House Fitness Centre.

Schedule Changes

Check this section regularly for updates to our posted Drop-In Fitness class schedule. Also check our class schedules posted daily outside of the south Fitness Centre entrance (lower level) and the lower gym for any last-minute changes made to the day’s line-up.

Starting February 6, 2019:

Tuesday, February 26, 2019:
6:10 pm Zumba: Class cancelled due to instructor absence. Class will return next week.

Facility News

All facilities and fitness rooms are open for use.

Early Facility Closure: Monday, February 25, 2019 – Starting at 6 pm.
Due to vital infrastructure and IT upgrades, The Fitness Centre at Hart House will close at 6 pm on Monday, February 25, 2019. Regular service will resume on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 7 a.m.

Pick-Up Basketball on Thursdays Start/Finish Time Change.
Thursday afternoon pick-up basketball will now be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. until December 27, 2018.

North Fitness Centre Entrance closes for winter starting December 3, 2018.
Please use the Main Entrance on Hart House Circle, the accessible East Entrance from Queen’s Park and the accessible West Entrance from Tower Rd. Please check here in March for information regarding the reopening of the North Fitness Centre Entrance.

Did you know that the Queen’s Park East Entrance (Founder’s Walk) is now accessible?  We have provided a ramp, along with power assist doors, for your convenience.  Please note that the north walkway is fully accessible, providing clear access to Tower Rd. from Queen’s Park.


Hart House Runners

Join the Runners’ group every Friday at 12 pm on our indoor track. The group has been meeting since 1974. All are welcome, from students to faculty, and all levels are accommodated.
