Drop-in fitness classes at Hart House are free for U of T students and Hart House Fitness Centre members. Try something new or push yourself to a new level of strength and health. Our energetic instructors make classes fun, welcoming and suitable for every level.

Schedule Changes

Extended absences or service changes will be posted here as needed. Check this section regularly for any updates to our posted Drop-In Fitness class schedule. Also, please remember to check our class schedules posted daily, outside of the lower gym, for any last-minute changes or updates to our class schedules, content or instructors.

 

 

Thursday, July 17, 2014: 12:10 p.m. Zumba.

Dustin will be filling in for Rachel.

 

Thursday, July 24, 2014: 12:10 p.m. Zumba.

Dione will be filling in for Rachel.

 

July 26 to August 9, 2014: POOL CLOSURE.

There will be no Aqua-Fit classes from Monday, August 28, 2014 to Friday, August 8, 2014.  The regular Aqua-Fit schedule will resume on Monday, August 11, 2014.

 

Thursday, July 31, 2014: 7:10 p.m. Step IV.

Angela will be filling in for Martin.

 

Friday, August 1, 2014: 1:10 p.m. Core Plus.

Dione will be filling in for Martin.

 

Saturday, August 2 to Monday August 4: Simcoe Day long weekend.

Classes are cancelled for the long weekend.

Debbie will be filling in for Martin.
