This toolkit is aimed specifically at students working directly with Hart House (registered club program and committee members, Hart House ambassadors, work-study students).
It will help you navigate the various resources available to you at Hart House, and provide you with tools to make the most of your events and activities. You’ll also find information about the Hart House Board of Stewards, and its unique role in contributing to student-lead democracy on campus.
Students who are not working directly with Hart House should visit our contacts page to find staff best able to answer their question.
Learn who to contact, what work spaces are available and eligibility for the Co-Curricular Record.
Hosting an event
Find everything you need to book space at Hart House for meetings and events, including food service options.
Learn how you can work with Hart House’s Communication team to promote events and other opportunities within your group.
Learn how to prepare and monitor your group’s budget, pay invoices, and recoup money you spend on behalf of your group.
Fill out the form 30+ days prior to your event and we will add the event to our website calendar, include it in our newsletter and on social media.
