Aquatics & Swimming
Learn to swim or improve your stroke at Hart House. Class sizes are small to allow for individualized and focused support. Private 1-on-1 swimming lessons are also available.
Deep-water workout with all the benefits of a fitness class and no stress on joints! Participants should feel comfortable in deep water with a buoyancy belt.

Social Swim provides an opportunity for all aquatic enthusiasts to enjoy the pool. There is no pressure to swim fast. Come out to exercise, socialize or just relax in the water. There will still be 2 lanes for those who prefer to lane swim, but half the pool will be open for everyone to have fun, be active and spend time with friends!
Women-Only Lane Swim
Drop-in lane swim time for anyone who identifies as a woman. No Shallow End.

Cardio Dance Party
A fresh way to end your week, featuring a little Latin, a dash of Urban and sprinkle of K-Pop. No previous dance experience required.

Try Pilates and develop a strong posture with little or no stress on the joints. These programs are designed to promote body awareness, increase muscular strength and endurance and enhance fluidity of movements in everyday life.
Core, Butt and Thighs! This class draws upon Pilates and athletic training techniques designed to target these often-neglected areas.
Core Plus Pilates
A fusion of Loaded Movement Training and Pilates using studio resistance equipment to improve muscular strength, endurance and flexibility along with Pilates mat work to improve the core.
Take your flexibility to the next level by incorporating Pilates/Yoga/classical techniques to increase range of motion, joint health and well-being. Taught by our senior Pilates and Yoga faculty.
Pilates Mats and Props
The only drop-in Pilates workout on campus incorporating comprehensive mat work and comprehensive barrel work with your favorite Pilates props.

Accelerate your badminton skills, learn how to play, or come in for some fun!
Drop in and sharpen your skills in a game of pick-up basketball. All levels are welcome.
Drop-in pickleball is limited to 16 participants. Please visit the Fitness Information Desk to collect a wristband to play.
Drop in to play pick-up soccer in the Gymnasium. All levels are welcome.

Strength & Weight Training
Find your strengths, define your goals and make it happen with support from one of our personal trainers. Certified in overall wellness and exercise, our trainers will motivate, provide feedback and develop an exercise prescription just for you.
A high-intensity workout designed to make you move better with a focus on strength, coordination, speed, and agility; all combined to get you lean and strong.
Take your cycling experience to the next (fun) level! Participants are led through cycling exercises and drills while exploring techniques that enhance agility and speed. Participants are encouraged to ride at their own pace and enjoy the art of cycling. This group workout is performed on stationary bikes.
Want to increase your agility and strength? The interval challenge is a perfect workout where participants engage in a combination of high-intensity interval training and cardio without any breaks. Participants aim to complete four consecutive HIIT workouts while strengthening muscles through non-traditional workouts. Sounds fun? Sure is!
Examine the link between body, breath and mind while exploring a variety of poses and movements. Develop a personal practice and cultivate alignment, balance, flexibility and strength.
Learn how to find stillness and peace in the midst of your daily routine. Our Mindfulness faculty will guide you through a series of meditation exercises designed to relieve stress, instill calm and lower blood pressure leading towards health in both mind and body. Offered from September to April.
Morning Yoga Flow
This vinyasa based class starts slowly and gradually builds into a dynamic flow providing for fluid transitions and continuous movement from posture to posture. This practice builds strength, flexibility, and endurance. Some of the postures and sequences can be a bit challenging, BUT you will leave feeling inspired, centred, and amazing!
