Work-in a double sweat before the exam season!


Do you want to move and mingle to destress? Join us at the Hart House Fitness Centre for a brand-new wellness event, Sweat & Reset.

For the first time ever, we are bringing you a double sweat, made up of an EPIC 30-minute HIIT session followed by a 30-minute restorative yoga flow led by guest instructors. Post-sweat, we’ll have refreshments ready to go and a chance for you to mix-and-mingle and connect with your community.

We have swag bags OVER $40 in value, sports apparel giveaways worth over $150, AND a live DJ. Register and secure your spot for the workout and a swag bag. Your registration will automatically add your name to a raffle for one of five giveaway prizes.
