Overview
Sweat & Reset is back for another iconic double sweat session on Thursdays, April 4, 2024, in the Hart House Gymnasium!
Get ready for an EPIC 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session followed by 30 minutes of Barre and mobility with Jennie, Hart House's barre star. And of course, we're bringing back our live DJ to help keep the motivation high all workout long.
After the workout, recharge with refreshments and gear up for fitness challenges and exciting prize giveaways.

Event Breakdown
- 6-6:30pm: HIIT
- 6:30-6:50pm: Barre
- 6:50-7pm: Mobility
- 7-8pm: Mix & mingle, fitness challenges and prize giveaways
