The Brotherhood of Ethnic Excellence (BEE) is a Hart House Youth Advisory program that aims to build stronger connections between the U of T campus and Black young men in grades 9 -12.

This program will run on Thursdays from 5–7 pm for weekly workshops, speaker series, events, and access to campus resources. Youth participants will be directly involved in planning the group's activities and will help inform the future of the BEE Youth Advisory for 2020-2021

Deadline to Apply September 29, 2020

The group will meet virtually and will come together using a range of online platforms and tools. The information on how to join the virtual sessions will be provided in a follow-up email.

Before you apply, please note:

  • Only 20 spots are available.
  • You must be currently enrolled in high school grades 9 through 12
  • Members must be Toronto residents who identify as Black men.
  • You must provide an email address that you check regularly. We’ll use this to communicate with you about the program.
