Join the Hart House Recreational Athletics & Wellness Committee for our annual Indoor Triathlon!

The event consists of three fifteen-minute intervals where participants swim, run laps around the track and ride on stationary bikes for as long as possible within the given time frame.

Register for the triathlon as an individual or a 3-person relay team!

All levels are welcome for this event!
