About: Isaac is from the town of Courtice and came to Toronto to enroll in the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts. He has been in musicals and plays for the past seven years, and has been playing a variety of musical instruments for the past nine. He first discovered his love for the musical stage while performing alongside brother Erik in his high school’s production of Urinetown, and made the decision to pursue it as a career. He is excited to be given the chance to play Mr. Hart for a second time for Hart House and, as always, asks that his mother not steal his headshot until closing night.

About: Born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Matt left the prairies a little over four years ago in pursuit of his theatrical studies. This past April he completed them graduating from George Brown’s acting conservatory program. Matt has also studied at Sheridan and the Banff Centre.

Amanda Cordner, Ensemble

About: Amanda is elated to be in her first Hart House Theatre production. She is a graduate of York University’s Creative Ensemble Program. After graduation, she completed a contract as an entertainment host for Carnival Cruise Lines wherein which she later became Comedy Club Manager. Upon returning home from the cruise ship, she began working with CTS television as a discussion panel co- host conversing about the themes and issues surrounding the characters of the Gilmore Girls on a TV segment called Gilmore Girls: Fast Talk. Amanda enjoys and has been involved in many performance art pieces around the city. She worked with international performance artist David Balula in his piece called Endless Pace which was performed during Toronto’s 12-hour, overnight art festival, Nuit Blanche. Amanda is also very active within the Toronto theatre community as a volunteer. She is truly grateful for this opportunity to work with Hart House and through this experience she wishes to continue to grow as an actor and performer.

About: Tammy Whetham holds an Honours Bachelor of Music in Voice from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has attended the Banff Professional Musical Theatre Training Intensive in 2012 and 2013 and the NYU Steinhardt: Summer Study in Musical Theatre in 2009. Tammy is a certified voice teacher in Somatic Voicework℠ The LoVetri Method from the Contemporary Commercial Music Vocal Pedagogy Institute. In 2010 Tammy worked as the lead female singer in the production cast onboard the Pacific Venus, Japan Cruise Line. As a member of the ensemble Arcady, Tammy performs regularly under the direction of composer/conductor Ronald Beckett.
