How a class waitlist works:

If a course is full you will be given the chance to be put on a waitlist for the course. When a space becomes available the first few people on the waitlist will be contacted. The first person to respond to our availability notice will be put in the class. Please respond to any space available notice as quickly as possible. A waitlist request, or notice of space availability, does not guarantee a spot. You may be contacted by phone or email so please ensure your contact information is up to date if you are putting yourself on a waitlist.

Refunds:
All refunds and transfers from one class to another must be done in person at Hart House. An administrative fee will be levied on each refund issued. Refunds are not issued after the beginning of the second scheduled class. A full refund will be given in the event a class is cancelled due to low enrollment.
