The Hart House Fitness Centre is a diverse community with a common mindset: fitness has to be fun. Whether that means meeting up with new friends from class or with people you’ve been training with for decades, the welcoming setting is what makes Hart House a favourite among students, staff, faculty and alumni. But well-being is more than just fitness. It’s a way of living in balance that may include meditation retreats, bike to work breakfasts, eating local, and taking care of our environment.
