Whether that means meeting up with new friends from class or with people you’ve been training with for decades, the welcoming setting is what makes Hart House a favourite among students, staff, faculty and alumni. But well-being is more than just fitness. It’s a way of living in balance that may include meditation retreats, bike to work breakfasts, eating local, and taking care of our environment.
