Janice Hawke

Selected Credits: Nanna in Shadow Of A Boy, (Porcupine Productions), at the Lower Ossington Theatre, Petal in McGrath, (Alumnae Theatre, Toronto), Selma in The Behaviour Of Houses, (David Scott Films), and Kelly in Cubicles, (Concrete Productions) and The Singing Waitress in Simon Sez, (Ion Productions).
Janice is a graduate of the University of Windsor B.F.A.  Acting program and The Etobicoke School of the Arts, majoring in drama with a minor in musical theatre.
As a voice performer, Ms. Hawke can be heard in numerous national radio and television commercials and for five years was the voice of the CMT Channel. 
As a singer, Janice has performed at a variety of festivals and venues throughout the greater Toronto area, including: The Toronto Jazz Festival, Graffiti’s Country Sundays, The Renaissance Jazz Festival, The Cadillac Lounge and The Cameron House.
Currently, Janice is writing a sassy one-woman cabaret with the working title, 5,6,7,8!

Selected Credits: Theadora in The Big Lie (Toronto Fringe Festival 2010), Angela in Gaggle (Hysteria Festival 2009), Norma in The Son of The Man (Toronto Fringe Festival 2008), First Fairy in A Midsummer Nights Dream (Humber Theatre), Hermione in A Winters Tale (Humber Theatre). Also, she is co-founder of the musical clown company Her&My. They wrote, directed and performed their first full length production, Our Asylum, debuted at the Toronto Fringe Festival 2009.
Lea has recently graduated from Humber's Theatre Performance Program with the Overall Academic Achievement Award.

Ashley hails from Fredericton, New Brunswick where she began dancing at age 5 and broke into theatre during middle school.  The achievements she is most proud of include two 1-week scholarships for classes at Millenium Studios in Los Angeles, dancing with LA dancers Jesse Santos, Tera Perez & Christian Vincent during the PowerHouse Dance Gala and being selected as a VIP dancer for Dance Olympus.

A graduate of the Ryerson Dance Program, Monica began dancing at Rosedale Heights School of the Arts in Toronto. She is currently studying education at the University of Toronto and is passionate about dance and music education. She was a 17-year member of the Bach Children’s Chorus, and sings every Sunday as the alto lead in the St.Clement’s Anglican Church Choir.

After a 9 year hiatus, Rino Maurati is thrilled to make his theatrical comeback in Hart House Theater's Dirty Rotten Scoundrals.
A graduate of the University College Drama Program, Rino has been featured in several past Hart House Theater productions, including roles in: Guys and Dolls, Cabaret, Fiddler On The Roof, West Side Story, and Music Man.
Rino has also had dramatic roles in The Cherry Orchard, (Hart House Theater), A Man For All Seasons (Hart House Theater), and No Exit (Toronto Fringe).

Ashleigh Powell is a Torontobased teacher and choreographer. Recent projects include Fairy Tale Ending: The Big Bad Family Musical (RYOT) Equus (Hart House Theatre) and The Rocky Horror Show (Toronto Youth Theatre). Ashleigh currently teaches at Canada’s NationalBalletSchooland at the RandolphAcademyfor Performing Arts. She is registered with the Royal Academy of Dance, the Cecchetti Society of Canadaand the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. In 2009, she received the Betty Oliphant Award for teaching from the NationalBalletSchool. She is also a graduate of the Universityof Torontowith an honours degree in history and sociology.

Ever searching for that elusive dialect that fully informs a character as a whole, John coaches individuals and for theatre and film productions.  Moonlighting as an actor, he works in theatre, radio, television and film.
