Hart House is here to help you live your best life on campus. Join us for our Weekly Wellness programs designed to help you de-stress, connect with yourself and others, and find your balance.

Healthy Habit Mondays

Do you want to learn how to eat right from a professional? Join our nutritionists Shannon Boyd and Heather Allen to explore common themes in nutrition tailored to the needs of students just like you. Through this weekly wellness programming, they will offer a 45-minute interactive talk about food and nutrition from the perspective of a student.

When: Mondays, starting January 16, 2017, 12–1 pm (no session on Feb. 20, 2017)
Where: Reading Room, Hart House
Cost: Free

Board Game Cafe Tuesdays

Drop in for a casual, and competitive, round of games and snacks at the Hart House Board Game Cafe. We have all kinds of games, from the old classics to the popular games of today. Bring a friend and take a break together, or stop by and challenge someone new to a game.

This event is offered in partnership with Pair-A-Dice Gaming.

When: Tuesdays, starting Sept. 20, 2016, 11 am–1 pm

Mindful Wednesdays

Would you like to be more calm, confident and connected? Join us every Wednesday to practice mindfulness meditation techniques that can help reduce stress and increase resiliency. Sessions will be led by Melissa Negrini. Beginners welcome, registration not required. These sessions are provided on a drop-in basis, and students are welcome to attend any session throughout the year.

When: Wednesdays, starting Sept. 21, 2016, 12:30–1:30 pm
Where: Activities Room, Hart House
Cost: Free for students

Get Crafty Thursdays

Details: Get Crafty is Hart House’s series of free weekly drop-in craft workshops. We make cool crafts that will satisfy your creative cravings. We provide everything: tools, materials and even tea and cookies. We’ll make amazing crafts together to keep or give. Catch up with old friends and meet new ones over all things crafty at Hart House.

When: Thursdays, starting Sept. 15, 11 am–1 pm
Where: Reading Room, Hart House
Cost: Free, all materials provided

Hart House also offers free drop-in fitness classes every day of the week.
