New For Winter 2017
Learn to Run a 5K
In partnership with The Runner’s Academy, Hart House offers you a 10-week learn-to-run program. Each week covers a different aspect of run form, run training (includes strength and stretching), as well as other topics of interest to the group.
Each session includes 30 minutes of running and 20 to 30 minutes of other work (strength, stretch, drills, and education). Participants will also have the chance to develop their run technique with instructor Janie Sheppard. At the end of the program, the runners will participate in the 2017 Toronto MEC Race.
