Individual Strength/Fitness Consultation

 

Are you a beginner in need of guidance starting your exercise program? Maybe you work out regularly but find yourself in an exercise rut? This one-hour counselling session is designed to help you develop or re-evaluate your current fitness program. Our qualified fitness staff will provide you with information regarding frequency, intensity and duration of exercise in order to attain your fitness goals. You can also use the hour for an orientation to the equipment and its function.

 

Fee:
1-hour session: $30


Personal Training

 

Need motivation to exercise? These one-on-one sessions with a qualified personal trainer are an extremely successful way to create or maintain fitness habits. Your trainer will show you how to use the resistance and cardio equipment correctly and design a tailor-made program with your fitness goals in mind. You may book 3, 6 or 10 one-hour sessions with a Personal Trainer.

 

Fees:
3 sessions: $160
6 sessions: $285
10 sessions: $430


Small Group Training (2-3 participants)

 

Why not get a friend to workout with you? Hart house offers small group Personal Training (2-3 participants). Let our trainers motivate you while you help motivate each other with substantial savings on our per person training rate.

 

Fees:
3 sessions: $240
6 sessions: $420
10 sessions: $600
