Boot Camp Fun Outdoors Returns Tuesday, September 12, 2017, 7:30 a.m.!

Put some spring into your next Boot Camp experience!  Hart House and KPE will co-host morning outdoor boot camp classes on the Back Campus Field, which is part of U of T’s Pan Am legacy. Enjoy all your skills, drills, plyometric training and HIIT  with this fresh outdoor experience during the months of September and October.

Zumba: Thurs., 7:10 pm

Now you can Zumba all day long! In addition to our 1:10 pm class, we’ve added a second class with Sameer Ratti on Thursday nights. Sameer is an occupational therapy student and a certified Zumba instructor.

Evening Pilates For Flexibility – Flexibility Fusion: Tues., 8:10 pm

Relax and reduce stress with this unique flexibility class.  A great way to unwind after a long day of work, school or play.

Aqua-Fit Returns to Drop-In Fitness Wednesday, September 6, 2017

We are anticipating the reopening of our historic pool on Labour Day, September 4, 2017! Aqua-Fit classes will return to our Drop-In Fitness program on Wednesday, September 6, 2017.

Schedule Changes

Check this section regularly for updates to our posted Drop-In Fitness class schedule. Also check our class schedules posted daily outside of the lower gym, for any last-minute changes made to the schedule.


  • Aquafit Wednesdays for the month of September:
    • Martin will be filling in for Leehe Wednesdays at 2:10 p.m. (September 6, 13, 20, and 27, 2017).
  • Friday, September 29, 2017:
    • 5:30 p.m. Step Beyond: Dione will be filling in for Kristina.
  • Tuesday, October 10, 2017:
    • 12:10 p.m. Moving Muscle: Celton will be filling in for Martin.
  • Friday, October 27, 2017:
    • 5:30 p.m. Step Beyond: Dione will be filling in for Kristina.

Normal operations today.

***The Main Elevator is out of service until further notice. If you need to make accessibility arrangements to attend an activity at Hart House, please contact the Hub at 416-978-2452 and they will be happy to accommodate you.***

Hart House Grab ‘N Go is now open on the lower level, offering pre and post workout sandwiches, drinks and treats! Open 8 am to 7 pm, Mondays to Thursdays, and 8 am to 4 pm, Fridays; Closed on weekends.  Also, for your added convenience, vending machines, with a variety of sports drinks and snacks, are available on the lower level at the south entrance, across from the Activities Room.
