Yoga - Vinyasa Flow - 8268

Description: A dynamic form of yoga in which one pose flows to the next and is synchronized to the breath. In contrast to Ashtanga, a variety of poses are explored in a non-fixed format. A vinyasa practice will allow students to develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Options to accommodate both the beginner and more advanced student will be provided. This class will also include stretching and relaxation.
