Voice and Speech: Intro - 8179
Description: Discover how to deal with vocal stress and make authentic connections to words and people. This class will open up your voice through breath awareness and physical and vocal explorations and enhance communication by identifying habits that restrict your voice from being free and expressive. Students will learn how to release tension and allow their inner voice to be revealed. Participants must bring a yoga mat and a towel to each class. Instructor: Cathy Sobocan.
