Shorinji-Kan Jiu Jitsu - 6906
Description: Shorinji-Kan is a form of Jiu Jitsu focused on self-defence applications. We emphasize techniques such as throwing, grappling, joint-locks, pressure points and striking to control and dispatch attackers (both armed and unarmed). Students will also gain proficiency in how to fall safely (break-falling). Students of any age, gender and fitness level are welcome, and practice can be adapted to any and all learning styles. No previous martial arts experience necessary.
