Cycle Fit - Registered - 5042
Description: Get ready to ride and break away from the ordinary as you power through a series of cycling exercises and drills designed to challenge your cardiovascular system and make you sweat! Go at your own pace while you visualize yourself climbing hills, racing with the pack and sprinting to the finish. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle with you to class. All classes take place in the Fitness Room, basement level. Want to be guaranteed a spot in a class that fits perfectly with your schedule? Registered participants are guaranteed a spot in the class for which they are registered in each week of the session. Participants must arrive on time for class. Athletics staff will check registered participants into the class first, starting 5-10 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Any empty spots will be allocated to those with a cycle flex pass on a first-come, first-served basis.
