Description: Like Pilates, Belly Dancing is based on the isolation of group muscles and will draw on a full body movement from head to toe. Reclaim your femininity, build a positive body image, increase your confidence and have lots of fun doing it! Belly Dancing is also a great body workout that builds strong abdominal and arm muscles. All levels will be covered by adding layers to single movements. Based on Egyptian and Tribal styles.
