Spirit Singers is a new non-auditioned choral ensemble at U of T that brings together students to celebrate diversity and foster intercultural and interfaith understanding. The Spirit Singers affirms our common humanity in the quest for peace and justice.
Varsity Jews, the University of Toronto’s Jewish a cappella choir has been delighting audiences since 2002! Our repertoire includes a wide variety of music from traditional Hebrew folk, to modern Israeli songs, to pop and classic rock with an added Jewish flavour. Each year the choir selects a charity and presents a fundraising concert and has raised over $50,000 for charitable organizations.

Sunday Concerts is the grand dame of Hart House’s concert series. Sunday Concerts has been making music and history in the Great Hall since 1922 featuring such Canadian music icons as Glenn Gould and Anton Kuerti to more recent stars such as Patricia O Callaghan and Juno award winner Jane Bunnett. From new musical voices, to the best in classical content to world music traditions, the Sunday Concert series offers students and community a chance to experience and explore music in all its majesty!
