Believe it or not, but winter is coming to an end.
As the sun warms and nature thaws, sap begins to run again in maple trees which means one thing: maple syrup. Join us at Hart House Farm for our annual Sugaring Off, where our own maple trees are tapped to be made into delicious maple syrup. Our farm tour will take you to our maple tree forest and sugar shack, where you can learn how we boil down sap to make this tasty treat. We will also provide you with a pancake brunch so you can experience Hart House Farm’s very own maple syrup. Other events taking place will be a craft workshop and a chance to go down to the hot sauna and participate in a polar dip.
