Details: Design finalists selected from the student submissions to the Sneaker Design Project showcase their creations in this Talking Walls exhibit in advance of the Sneaking into the Big Leagues panel discussion.
Hart House and Toronto Loves Kicks (TLK) present this exciting initiative in support of active living, diversity, and an on-going dialogue on sport and culture. The Sneaker Design Project connects TLK’s love of footwear and commitment to positive youth engagement with Hart House’s core values of social responsibility, civic engagement and experiential learning for an inspiring event that calls on the skills and creativity of students. Adding colour, creativity, and a dose of inventiveness, see how students have re-purposed this iconic footwear in new and re-imagined ways. The Sneaker Design Exhibit shows what the power of minimal materials and maximum imagination can produce.
