Bokwa® is the latest craze in group fitness!
Details: A new drop-in fitness class begins on May 6. It’s an energizing and addictive cardio workout with no complicated choreography. If you know your numbers and alphabet, then you know how to Bokwa®! Participants draw letters and numbers with their feet and erase them while moving to today’s most popular music.
