She has released albums in Canada and Europe. She has toured extensively across the country bringing her music to various concert halls and Festivals making her debut in her native Venezuela in 2008 as well as her European debut. Eliana has won the Toronto Independent Music Award for World Music and the National Jazz Award for Latin Jazz Artist of the Year. With a brand new CD ‘Espejo’ on the way her combination of original words and music, an exceptional band and her own superb vocal abilities, Eliana Cuevas creates a brand of world music that is impossible to define but 100% Eliana.
