Join Heather Allen, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and explore common themes in nutrition tailored to the needs of students just like you. Through this weekly wellness programming, there will be a 45-minute interactive talk about food and nutrition from the perspective of a student.

When: Mondays, starting January 16, 2017, 12–1 pm
