Think you got what it takes to join athlete, academic and all-round crazy man Craig Burkett in a circuit training marathon?
Details: In the Fort Knox Challenge, Craig will attempt to complete the Hart House bronze, silver, gold and platinum circuits (plus both intro circuits) all in one day.
Sound easy? Then join him for 21km of running, 331 push-ups, 282 burpees, 168 flights of stairs, 195 dips, 420 box jumps, 331 sit-ups and 195 chin-ups. Did we mention you’ll be timed? Still not afraid? Then we’ll see you there.
When: Sun., April 27, 2014, 7:30 am–8 pm (or as long as Craig holds up)
Where: Hart House Upper Gym
Cost: Free (must be a Hart House Fitness Centre member)
Intro I: 7:30am
Intro II: 8:15pm
Craig began doing the Hart House circuit as an undergrad and has completed about 300 since then.
