Join us to practice mindfulness meditation techniques that can help reduce stress and increase resiliency. Sessions will be held in the Hart House fitness centre on a drop-in basis.
Beginners welcome, registration not required. Open to students, staff and faculty however, a valid student card or Hart House membership required.
When: Tuesdays beginning September 11, 2018, 8:10–9 am

When: Wednesdays beginning September 12, 2018, 3:10–4 pm
Where: Hart House Fitness Centre: Activities Room
*Sessions will be seated mediation on a wooden floor and participants are welcome to bring their own mats, cushions or benches.
