Love Food Hate Waste!

Details: Learn about the issue of food waste, especially within the urban setting here in Toronto, and how students, and the community at large can help to address the issue. We will be preparing delicious recipes that seek to use whole foods and produce little waste! We are excited to be joined by two special guest speakers, Lesia Kinach and Amy DeLorenzo, who will share their insight into the food waste issue through their own research. Don’t forget to bring an empty food container to leave no waste behind and take home some delicious leftovers!
