All About Pies

Image of an Apple PieDetails: Winter is at its coldest and what better way to warm up than with a delicious hot pie? Grab your aprons and join us to learn the art of pie-making at the beautiful Hart House Farm!

We will spend the day creating and eating delicious sweet pies. Filled with the aromas of baking pies all day long, the farmhouse will be the best place you could spend your Sunday.

Feel free to bring your instruments, card games, or just your good company! For those looking to venture into the cold, outside you’ll find acres of winter wonderland just waiting for you to ski, snowshoe, build a snowman or make snow angels in. Bring along your snow gear and explore the trails, take a tour of the farm, or warm up in the wood-fired sauna.

A lunch of savoury hand pies will also be provided. We strive to be eco-friendly, so please bring your own tupperware or containers for lunch, plus utensils. We serve a soup, salad, main and dessert for each meal, so remember to bring your own container for each. Cleaning stations will be available.

This event is open to U of T students and Hart House Members only.
