Interested in Global Health/ Social Justice/ Research?

Dear Activists, Social Justice Advocates and Global Health Enthusiasts,

We are in the process of planning University of Toronto’s first ever undergraduate Global Health Case Competition in partnership with Juxtaposition Global Health Magazine. Students will have the opportunity to present solutions to contemporary global health and social justice issue and have their ideas evaluated by experts in field. Global Health and Social Justice are intertwined. Specifically our focus will be on refugee health. This is a new initiative we are taking this year, and we are looking for passionate individuals from ALL disciplines to help out! There are several different ways you can get in involved: We’re looking for students who are interested in helping plan the logistics of the event. We are also looking for third and fourth year students from a variety of disciplines to research and create material for the case competition.

Global Health is a multidisciplinary field, with a range of focus from medical sciences to social sciences.
