Maple Crème Brûlée at the Gallery Grill

In the film Amélie, the main character delights in life’s small pleasures, such as cracking the crust of a crème brûlée. We’re inclined to agree. The maple crème brûlée at the Gallery Grill, the legendary restaurant at the University of Toronto’s Hart House, is more than just a small pleasure but the meaning of joie de vivre. The maple syrup comes from the Hart House farm and is available for sale year round.
