  • Baby Spinach with Bosc Pear & Pecorino, finished with Aged Sherry Vinaigrette
  • Citrus Glazed Pacific Salmon accompanied by Roasted Seasonal Vegetables and Sautéed Green Beans (vegetarian: Wild Mushroom Farrotto)
  • Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream and Hart House Farm Maple Syrup
